Good doctors Dr Williams, Dr Zilinkus, if you can get an appointment. Phones are always engaged.
Pharmacy on the ground floor and surgery on the first. There is an elevator to travel between the two for people requiring assistance and the bone-idle. The staff in the pharmacy are down to earth and helpful. The pharmacy are on the pulse with details of prescription and procedures. Lovely (I love this word) staff. Equally, the staff working their fingers to the bone in the surgery greet with a smile on their face.

Mixed review as, they have been so helpful sometimes, when i have bad problems, but then having to wait on the phone for ages to get though then, no appointments. Then coming out of HOSPITAL after HEART ATTACK, getting the medication, was a nightmare, reception saying you have had the prescription, no i hadn't, as had meds from hospital for 2 weeks, and discharge papers handed into reception. Then me back and forth to the chemist ( and it was sue at the chemist that had rang me with some concern) Went back to reception they said 'O the date on last issues was the date they put onto the system', AAAARRRRRRR. This is confusing, why not have start date as well, as last issue date. Tried to get appointment to get med, 'as they were not on emergency list could not see Dr, would have to do without heart meds for 4 day. Luckily I rand the hospital and they sorted it out and picked up prescription from Dr's, now was that so hard. Also I find it difficult to understand there are 5/6/7 Drs at the surgery and yet, some times there are only 1 Dr on at a time, and then it's a locum ? Time Management, good rota needed. But there are some good staff throughout the surgery, who are very helpful and explain thing well.
