Village Garden Cattery

79 Coleshill Rd, Marston Green, Birmingham B37 7HT, UK – 07846 276186

My Winston loves visiting his second home (and Mommy) Donna... Thank you to you and Lee for taking SUCH good care of him. Village Garden Cattery is the only Cattery that I ever use now, the enclosures and 1-1 care all the cats receive really is fantastic. Winston always looks well fed, well grommed and happy upon collection and it's always lovely to have a natter with you both too x

This is a lovely place to board your cat. The owners are genuine cat lovers themselves so I felt reassured that my cat would be looked after properly while I was away. The pens are clean, light and airy. My cat was fed, watered and cuddled just like I would have done at home. I will definately recomnend this place and would use them again.

Very friendly staff, vets and receptionists. The vets are very knowledgeable, explain things well and are thorough in their appointments with our cats. They looked after our difficult cat very well when she was sick and made us feel at ease about the care and treatment that she needed. They have also taken in birds our naughty cat has gotten and treated them. Wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend to others.

Great friendly service. Staff are professional, down to earth and speak to you using layman's terms. All the price breakdowns are explained at consultation and there is never a hard sell. The place is very clean, with a decent waiting area.

Amazing place. Very caring staff who helped me tremendously when I had to have my beautiful dog put to sleep last year. There is a candle on reception that is lit up to let others waiting that an animal is on its journey to rainbow bridge. They are spotless clean, nothing too much trouble & very good prices. Make sure you join the Healthy Pet Club for discounts , free checkups etc. Well worth it. Excellent parking too .... even for disabled.

A good value surgery for pets. Animal doctors are knowledgeable. A good location. Customer service from receptionists can be a bit overbearing and has a bit of room for training in efficiency. Overall impressive.
