National Exhibition Center, Halls, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1NT, UK – 0121 780 4141
Very easy to get to from the motorway network. We went for the cycle show ,and that was fantastic, although I have been to a varied amount of exhibitions over the years and they have all been relatively good. Parking there is expensive, but then the free shuttle bus is very useful. Food options inside are both expensive and limited as you would expect, but we did find a very good coffee stall, but it may not be there permanently of course. Best to take a packed lunch. Disabled access is good, plenty if toilets.
BRICKLIVE 2017: Lots for children to do (and try to get parents to buy...). Stalls for enthusiasts as well - shop around though as prices vary widely for sets and individual items. Filled 6 hours though - this is what the kids must feel like going shopping with adults... NEC by train: easy access from station to arena under cover if the sky walk - lots of well kept amenities all well signposted. Enjoyable day and even had a dabble myself...
